The Final Fix 05 Version

Some minor fixes were implemented in this version.  None of these were show stoppers.
However, certain users may have experienced minor inaccuracies in tax calculations
especially in the areas indicated below.  These include:
	1) All forms where calculations are done now allow the user to recalculate
	the form values by clicking on an icon at the top of the form.  
	2) The W2 input form has finally been fixed so that when a form is added,
	the behavior is correct.
	3) The taxable refund worksheet has been corrected so that only a single 
	filing type can be checked at one time.
	4) The tuition and fees worksheet has been corrected so that the correct 
	deductions per filing type are given.  Previously, the 2004 values were
	active.
	5) On Form 1040 line 56: changed "Add lines 47 and 55" to "add lines 47 
	through 55".  No code change needed as this is a cosmetic change. The 
	associated code performed correctly.
	6) On Schedule K-1 (1065), fixed how negative amounts flow through to 
	Schedule E.
